Meta-Chart
Meta-Chart is an interactive website used to create various charts and graphs. I have attached the link for making Box-and-Whisker plots for you. Once you have found the appropriate information from your data set you can input all of the information to the website and it will generate the plot for you. There are various customization options available to help you label your plots and make creative color schemes. Once the plot has been generated you can download it. Use this website to help you make plots for projects, homework, or to check your work.

BrainPOP - Median, Mode, Mean, and Range Game
BrainPOP hosts many different games to help students learn. They have a variety of subjects available ranging from art to engineering. Follow the link above to try the Median, Mode, Mean and Range game for some extra practice on the topics we covered in this unit. Start by choosing a set of data and placing it in the bucket. Once you have filled the buckets with different data sets you will label each bucket with a different operation and solve. If you enjoy that game take some time to explore the other games in the Data Analysis category.

Art of Stat
On this website you can find two different tools for topics we covered in this unit. Using the Explore Quantitative data tool you can explore representations of data graphically. You can use data sets they have pre-leaded or you can enter your own data to find information like variance and standard deviation. In the Mean vs. Median tool you will be looking at relationships between mean and median in a data set. You can manipulate the data and see what effects it has on your measures of central tendency. You also have the ability to add and subtract values in the data set as well as generate box-and-whisker plots.

MathGames
In this game the player is given questions regarding a box-and whisker plot. It is the player’s objective to look at the graph and determine the answer to the best of their abilities. The questions are randomly generated so every time you access the site you have new challenges to work on. This is an excellent source to practice identifying the parts of box-and-whisker plots. This site also hosts other games in multiple grade levels and difficulties.
